Our round tin containers have different lids for different uses, like slip lids, screw lids, and clear window lids for different uses. You can check the usage of the tins and then choose different lids.

SLIP COVER

Round tin containers with slip cover are very common or classic. Because of its simple function, only simply lift them up and down, it opens or closes the tins easily. Or you can say the lid is slipped into the tin. This makes them convenient to use and reuse numerous times.

The slip cover can be equipped with an EPE liner. An EPE liner is a soft padding that has been placed inside the cap of the metal tin. This padding allows you to seal off your metal can in an airtight manner. Thanks to this, outside air, moisture, and light will not be able to enter your tin boxes. This allows you to keep your products fresh for a longer period of time without it losing quality.

Screw lid

The screw lids are widely used for round tin containers. With their twist top, these tins can be tightly sealed off. Clear lid

Round tin containers with clear lid or window lid have a beautiful see-through top. These lids are commonly made out of durable plastic. However, some expensive metal tins can also be equipped with glass lids, but all the clear lids in FLY tins are made by plastic windows. Caps that feature glass instead of plastic are available upon request.

What kind of customized tins can we have?

Adhesive sticker or label

This is a easy and simple way to customize your tins. It is also the cheapest way to customize the tins. Round tins are easy to label a stick on the top or bottom, also around the tins. The sticker can be printed colorful or in matte, it can be also waterproof and not easy to tear off.

Silk screen printing

It’s a simple ink printing on the tins. Silkscreen printing only allows simply 1 to 2 colors, it can not be too complicated multiple colors. The print colors are much harder stuck than stickers because the colors need to be heated by Oven. Silkscreened tins are a great and affordable way for companies who wish to bring a new product onto the market in a decorative tin.

FULL-COLOR offset or digital printing

If you want full colors and patterns for your own customized tins, then offset printing is your best option. Offset printing supports 1 to 8 colors printing on the tin containers. Full-color printed tins feature the highest quality and detail. But it requires high MOQ than silk screen printing. It needs to print on a plain aluminum or tinplate firstly, and that requires a high minimum quanity.

Notice: We require an MOQ of 15,000pcs for offset printing tins. And also need to charge a printing plate tooling fee.

Embossing or debossing tins

Embossing or debossing logo

Embossing or debossing tins with a logo on the surface or bottom of the tins. It makes your tin different from your competitors. They will help you to differentiate yourself by giving your empty cans an extra ‘’pop’’. You can design your own logo and put it on the tins.
